Digital Downloads — FAQ

Everything you need to know before (and after) you buy. Quick answers, no fluff.

What do I actually get when I buy?

It depends on the product. You may receive one or more of the following:

  • .FLP files — FL Studio project files you can open, explore, and edit
  • .WAV / .MP3 files — loops, one-shots, samples, and other audio files
  • .ZIP archives — organized folders containing your files
  • Coaching access — booking details or a private link sent to you

You'll find exactly what's included on each product page before you buy.

Do I need paid plugins?

It depends on the product. Any required or recommended third-party plugins are listed on the product page whenever relevant.

If you're buying an FL Studio project, check the plugin requirements before purchasing so you know what you'll need to recreate the project exactly.

What version of FL Studio do I need?

The required FL Studio version is listed on the product page whenever a specific version is needed.

For the best compatibility, use the version listed on the product page or a newer version. Older versions may not support some features or plugins used in the project.

You can check your FL Studio version under Help → About.

How do I open an .FLP file?

  1. Download the files from your order
  2. If they're inside a .ZIP archive, extract it first
  3. Open FL Studio
  4. Go to File → Open and select the .FLP file

Missing plugins? FL Studio may tell you that a plugin used in the original project isn't installed on your computer. Check the product page for plugin requirements. In many cases, you can still explore the rest of the project and replace the missing plugin with something you own.

Where's my download link?

For downloadable products, you'll receive access to your files after your purchase is completed.

  • Check your email — look for your order confirmation and download information
  • Check spam or junk — delivery emails occasionally end up there
  • Check your customer account — if downloads are available through your account, you'll find them with your order

If you still can't access your files, contact me with the email address or order number used for the purchase and I'll help you out.

Can I use the samples in my own music?

Yes. Unless a specific product page says otherwise, sample packs and sounds sold on this store are royalty-free for use in your own music.

You can:

  • Use the sounds in your own original productions
  • Release those productions commercially
  • Distribute your music on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube

You cannot:

  • Resell or redistribute the original files
  • Share the files with people who haven't purchased them
  • Repackage the sounds as your own sample pack
  • Upload or distribute the raw files through sample or loop libraries

FL Studio project templates are provided for learning and music-production use. You can use them to help create your own original music, but you may not redistribute, resell, or share the original template or its included files.

What's the refund policy for digital products?

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If there's a genuine technical problem — such as a corrupted file, missing content, or the wrong file being delivered — contact me and I'll help fix the issue. If it can't be resolved, I'll review the situation and find an appropriate solution.

Please check the product description, compatibility information, plugin requirements, and any available previews before purchasing.

I'm having a problem with my files. What should I do?

Don't panic — technology occasionally decides to become a producer too.

Send me a message with:

  • Your order number or the email used for the purchase
  • The product you're having trouble with
  • A short description or screenshot of the problem

That'll make it much easier to get you sorted quickly.
