Refund Policy

Broducer by Edwan sells mainly digital products, music production resources, coaching services, subscriptions, and occasional physical merchandise. This refund policy explains how refunds work for each type of product.

Digital Products

Digital products include FL Studio templates, project files, sample packs, presets, downloadable files, tutorials, and other digital resources.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery.

If a digital product is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days at info@broducerbyedwan.com. We will do our best to provide a corrected file, technical help, store credit, or a refund when appropriate.

EU Digital Content Withdrawal Notice

For customers located in the European Union, digital content may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once delivery has started, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

By purchasing and accessing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge that the digital content may be delivered immediately.

Coaching and Feedback Services

Coaching, feedback, and one-to-one services are handled separately from digital downloads.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the session may be refunded or rescheduled.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are generally non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a refund or a new session time.

If something went wrong or you are unhappy with a session, please contact us. We want the experience to be useful, fair, and respectful.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscriptions and memberships can be cancelled according to the cancellation options available in your account or subscription portal.

Cancellation stops future billing. Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless there was a technical or billing error.

Physical Merchandise

Physical products such as clothing, accessories, or merch may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners.

Returns or replacements may be accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We generally cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, or due to a change of mind, unless otherwise required by law.

Sale Items and Discounted Products

Discounted products are subject to the same refund rules as the product type they belong to. For example, discounted digital downloads remain generally non-refundable after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider. Refunds can take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
