🔁 Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Digital products (e.g., FL Studio templates, sample packs, subscriptions)
- Used or completed coaching sessions
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable items
- Health & personal care items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may offer partial refunds for:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, vinyl, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Then contact your bank (some banks take time to process)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@broducerbyedwan.com to request an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a store credit for the return value. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
