🌍 Customs & VAT
Broducer by Edwan is not responsible for customs duties or VAT charges. These fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original condition and packaging. Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (FLPs, sample packs, digital content)
- Coaching sessions once delivered
- Health & personal care items
To start a return, please email info@broducerbyedwan.com with your order number and reason.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take a few days depending on your bank.
🛠 Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Email us to arrange an exchange.
🎁 Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift, you may receive a store credit instead of a refund. Please include your gift receipt if available.
🚚 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is over $75, consider using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
