Digital Products

Most products sold on Broducer by Edwan are digital products such as FL Studio templates, sample packs, presets, educational resources and memberships.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are usually available immediately after payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check:

• Your spam or promotions folder.
• The email address used during checkout.
• Your customer account if you created one.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are delivered online and are not shipped physically. After purchase or booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps and session information.

Physical Merchandise

Some merchandise products may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5–8 business days
• Canada: 6–12 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Customs and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Broducer by Edwan.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your physical order has not arrived, please:

• Verify your shipping confirmation email.
• Confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct.
• Contact us and include your order number.

If an incorrect address was provided during checkout, additional shipping costs may apply for a replacement shipment.
