Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 4, 2025
This policy applies to all purchases made through Broducer AI — the official platform for AI-generated album artwork, downloadable content, coaching, and digital music tools. It covers digital products, subscriptions, coaching sessions, and physical merchandise.
1. Digital Products (FLPs, Preset Packs, AI Cover Art)
All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase or generation. As such, they are considered final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
- 🎵 FLP Packs / Soundbanks: Non-refundable once downloaded.
- 🎨 AI Cover Art: Once generated, credits are spent and are not refundable unless the generation fails.
- 💾 Other downloads: All digital downloads are final unless stated otherwise.
2. Subscriptions (Broducer Credit Plans)
Subscriptions grant monthly credits or access. You may cancel anytime via your account settings.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused credits or time.
3. Failed Generations / Technical Errors
If your generation or download fails due to a technical error (e.g. blank result, corrupted file), contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and may recredit your account or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Coaching Services
🎧 One-on-one coaching sessions are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once with prior notice.
5. Physical Merchandise
For physical products such as T-shirts, hoodies, or merch:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
- We do not accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged).
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Sale & Free Products
- Discounted products are final sale unless defective.
- Free content (e.g. trial generations) is not eligible for refund or support.
7. Billing Issues & Chargebacks
If you notice an error on your bill, please contact us directly before opening a dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or removal of credit access.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
